SIMMENTAL SUITE

The Simmental is more than a B&B, it’s a home away from home.

You enter the 2 storey suite through your own private door off the front porch entrance which takes you into your own lounge.

Outside there is an extensive sweeping lawn that can be used by guests, and there’s an amazing table and chairs overlooking the stunning view.

Lounge Area

The lounge has two very comfortable leather couches in front of a traditional log burning stove and large flat screen television. The fantastic wooden dresser holds a great selection of DVDs for you to use. There is a spiral staircase which leads to the bedroom, and large opening leading to the kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen contains everything you need for a great getaway. 
Soak up the scenery, and maybe a glass or two of Chardonnay on your private patio to the side of the building, accessed through the french windows in the kitchen, or you can sit at the beautiful homemade stone table at the front overlooking the amazing lawn. 

The Bedrooms

There is a spiral staircase leading to an open plan master bedroom with king size bed, with an annexe containing two single beds, perfect for a family. There are two wardrobes, and a lovely pine dressing table. There is also a small bedside drawer unit. From the front windows you overlook the large lawn and the sweeping landscape.
